Frequently Asked Questions

In this section we report some of the most frequently asked questions about the opening of a company in Dubai.

Below, also the answers that we provide to customers who are selected to be assisted by “Daniele Pescara Consultancy”.

Is it worth investing in Dubai?

Investing in Dubai is worthwhile if the budget available to the client is tailored to market demands, we are always talking about important figures.

Dubai attracts only the economically solvent elite clientele, which has respectable financial resources compared to most of the population.

Bearing in mind that taxation in the United Arab Emirates varies from 0% to 15% depending on the type of company, jurisdiction and business, it is clear that the business risk criteria are different from those in Europe, for example.

In all cases, however, a pre-analysis of the market that is to be attacked is necessary, so as to convey the investment in a tactical manner aiming at the best performance

How should I invest in Dubai? Are there more profitable ways to invest?

The most profitable way to make an investment is to plan it in detail and leave nothing to chance.

First of all, the client must define his budget, even before identifying the area of interest.

This will allow to have a clear vision, but first of all not to waste time of the professionals who will decide to support the entire project.

In the case of “Daniele Pescara Consultancy” it is not the client who chooses the consultant, but vice versa it is the company that, according to an ethical and behavioural code, selects the most deserving clientele.

Where should I invest in Dubai?

As stated several times “Daniele Pescara Consultancy” does not deal with real estate.
Our company is specialized in opening companies and legal structures to channel certain types of investments.

Working closely with merchant banks and commercial banks, allows us to offer the best investment products on the market in a direct way and without intermediaries.

For this reason, we advise all potential investors to always carry out independent research before accessing certain services, but taking as their only point of reference: “Banks, institutions and official referenced media”.

We do not recommend relying on: “dubious businessmen of dubious extraction, all talkative and unspecified non-referenced personalities.”

In order not to be deceived and to be the victims of illicit acts, as often happens outside the country of origin, there are no shortcuts, but only an ethical behavioural criterion to follow: “concreteness and common sense” both developed through the official bodies made available by the institutions and leaders of the various sectors.

Where is it worthwhile to open a company in Dubai?

Saying it without doing a pre-analysis of the type of company could be misleading.

“Daniele Pescara Consultancy” reserves the right to carry out an ad hoc specialized consultancy for companies that decide to open a Dubai company, with the aim of providing only quality information suitable for the specific case dealt with.

What is the average timescale for setting up a company in Dubai?

It depends on the Authority of reference, the type of company and the company structure.
The timing is also subject to the quality of the advice received during the pre-analysis phase.

Thanks to the experience of “Daniele Pescara Consultancy” which operates directly in the territory, the average time required to set up a company in Dubai, for the “basic package”, is approximately 36 hours since all the documentation is presented by the client in the correct manner.

Is a Minimum Share Capital necessary?

It depends on the Authority of reference, the type of company and the type of business you want to undertake, but for the “basic package” suggested by “Daniele Pescara Consultancy” there is no minimum share capital payment.

What is the documentation necessary to open a company in Dubai?

Also in this case it depends on the type of company, but for the “basic package” to proceed with the constitution you need: “passport that does not expire within the next 12 months, signature of the contract and authentication of the signatures of all participants”

Migrant workers, the real treasure of the United Arab Emirates, who with their paltry wages, about $400 for the most humble trades, maintain the economic system of the country, based also on these evident contradictions.

From a climatic point of view, unfortunately, the climate is not mild, but instead it is very hot all year round due to the massive solar radiation.

What is missing in Dubai?

A sore point for the European clientele, but above all of the Italian one: “in Dubai there is everything!”
The United Arab Emirates certainly don’t need to research know-how to open the usual “Italian cafeteria, ice cream parlour or pizzeria”, in Dubai there is everything!

So save yourself the classic e-mails:

  • I bring the idea to Dubai but I need an Emirate partner with the capital.
  • I am the excellence in coffee / ice cream / catering and would like to be funded to open the same thing in Duba
  • I have a revolutionary idea…

Here are these empty calls completely in Italian style which are not the right approach.

If the client has an idea, but does not have the economic means to implement it, it will remain an idea and that’s it, so we kindly ask not to be contacted.

The question is not: “What is missing in Dubai?”, but the right question is: “Do I have the economic means to be able to propose myself to the market in Dubai?

If the answer is “NO”, Dubai is not for you.

If the answer is “YES”, please fill out the form below.
